A Bachelor of Science homours degree and several national and international in-service certificate holder with a good professional resume gained from working  for the highest office of  the Zimbabwe Public Services.

Dedicated Human Resource Practitioner with vast knowledge, experience and exposure of 17 + years gained from working for the Zimbabwe Public Service Commission.

Vast knowledge on initiating, formulating, developing, reviewing and monitoring and evaluating human resources policies, procedures, regulations and circulars in the wider public sector.

Pioneered and participated in all the phases of the creation, establishment and operationalisation of the Zimbabwe Public Service Academy, which included but not limited to ,  wide national and international consultations, TNA, visits to Singapore and Ghana and the entire process of  designing and developing the new Public Service Training and Development curricula that resonates with the new national trajectory and vision.

Pioneered in the creation, establishment and operationalisation of the Public Service Commission Provincial human resource structures as a Provincial Human Resources Manager for Manicaland Province.

A certified IRBM Trainer who participated as a member of the 2004 Public Service Commission job Evaluation Exercise, Performance Management system, Patterson job grading system as well as the Intergrated Result Based Management (IRBM)

A gender advocate who is passionate in mainstreaming gender and spearheading the emancipation of woman and girls to levels of parity in all spheres of life ( 2010-2015, gender focal person for the PSC)

A self-starter, result oriented, team player, firm, decisive  Human Resource Practitioner with high flair for analysis, evaluation, accuracy, attention to detail and thoroughness.
